- Perth - 5% to 12.5%
- Economical 5% to 12.5%
- Optimum - 10% to 12.5%
- Aviva - 12.5%
- Novex - 10%
- Hagerty - 12.5%
- Jevco - 5% - 15%
- Travelers (Dominion/Chieftain) - 10% to 12.5%
- Facility (RSA) - Max Fee of $350
